Dedicated Mentorships
You'll be connected with a project mentor from the start of your internship. Over the course of your time with us, your mentor will be there to champion your work, talk through your questions and ideas, and introduce you to the network of people and opportunities available to you here at VMware. Female interns are also be paired with a female mentor through the Women Connecting Women program. Your mentors will join you at networking events and fun activities too!
